  1. No, I didn't know that if I add dark chocolate and coffe to a pot, and melt it until it looks like this then get out a bowl of ice water and whisk that melted chocolate over top, in about 5 mintes flat, I'll have the fluffiest most decadent 2 ingredient chocolate mousse

  2. You know what else is a 2 ingredient chocolate mousse?
    500ml whipping cream
    250g chocolate (50% dark)
    Chop the chocolate
    Heat half the cream in a pot until bubbles form around the edges
    Put the chopped chocolate into a heat proof bowl
    Pour in the heated cream and whisk slowl until chocolate is combined.
    Pour the other half of the cream into the bowl and leave in the fridge for 5 hours or overnight.
    Once chilled, remove from fridge and whip the liquid until peaks form.
    There you go!
