I don't think I've ever seen lemon grass. Not opposed to trying to grow it next year tho.
Never heard of this, will try it! Its wonderful that almost every culture basically has their own rendition of beef stew. I have yet to find a bad one 😋

rendang should taste like a guilty pleasure. personally i would take a different garnish like fried chicken batter crumbs. fresh chili looks just too fresh.
