I'm confused, you mentioned getting the oil in earlier but it appears that you didn't add any oil, just placed the shrimp directly onto the the non-stick surface.
Losing a lot of flavor there. Yes, do not over cook shamp.
The video is OK however skipped stops that are discussed is annoying. Oil, sugar? They're iy mentioned after the fact. 😪
