Anyone know of a vegan substitute for gelatin?
This looks like a great recipe and I love Lan Lam……however if I want the FREE recipe I have to log in to the America’s Test Kitchen website to get access to it. So unfortunate!
Came for the piping tips, did not leave disappointed. 🙌
This is considered easy. 😂
Can't access the recipe on website without providing email … and obligated to accept all the other stuff that im not interested in 😢
Watching Lan pipe the chocolate is such a treat!
I want to make this tmrw but I have to wrangle the turkey defrosting in my fridge first!
How does she stay so tiny?? She probably only eats what we see her eat!! 😂
The caramel is just sugar?

I wanted to make a different dessert to bring but wasn't sure which. We have a winner! I'll be making a trial run this week.Thanks. Enjoy Lan's work always.
Yummm❤
The recipe is incomplete, too bad… and no access to ATK website😢
I would love to try it. Thank you very much 🙏
We need measurements/recipe, please!!!

This is going on my thanksgiving table!

I have learned so much from you. Thanks for all of the helpful tips
What brand of knife were you using?
Those little pastry shells are very under baked; properly baking the shells promotes taste and keeps them crisp longer.
Um… doesn't the pastry look too pale? I'm sure it tastes good coming from Lan, but the anaemic baked crust doesn't look very attractive.
Love how many dessert fundamental Lam crammed into 1 recipe. I'm totally using her shell crust hack to house my silken tofu chocolate cheesecakes for Christmas.
13:04 I'm at a loss how this relatively shelf stable item — shelf stable in this case equals a year or more, goes off in over a week after adding sugar. Would someone please help me understand?
