  1. Ok so what does it taste like? I seem to be a "super taster" and certain things make my head spin just thinking about putting it in my mouth. Citrus fruits….other fruits, fruit juice and WEIRD PASTA! So what does it taste like? If I smother it with meat sauce does it taste like regular spaghetti? I am type 2 so i really need a replacement because I love pasta so much! Whole wheat pasta sucks and is a sugar spiker. HELP ME HELP MYSELF! THANKS! i AM OFF MEDS I CANNOT TAKE THE STOMACH PARALYSIS.

  2. Always enjoy ur video recipes. I have the Palmini but I haven’t had the courage yet…..to try it. But I will soon. I made my veggie Sketti sauce yesterday(sweetened it up with Sweeve!!! Yay! I make skinny almond palates for my sandwich bread! I then freeze portions. Not a new idea….but it helps to have it already made n available. Somebody gave me a pkg of powdered cacoa so I added….and voila…..chocolate pancakes….with no sugar maple syrup. Will soon prepare the Palmini! Thks Shelly for your encouragement to all of us. Ahna

  3. How is the texture of the palmini? Is it soft/mushy or is still firm?
My big issue with pasta substitutes is that they’re usually mushy/soggy and I can’t stand the mouth feel. I have sensory issues that has lead to food aversions so it’s hard to make good choices, but I desperately want/need to make changes.

  4. Hello…. i would appreciate your help on this if you wouldn't mind. Just Diagnosed with Diabetes back in January. My Doc has been of no use so we are learning everything from articles and youtube videos plus some friends and concentrating on the informations that match the most. Mind the fact i have dropped my glucose from 280 to averaging between 84-119 daily. So… reason i'm typing is what you are cooking here. what we have been "told" is to stay away from red meats unless it is lean and that sodium interferes with metformin. I really want to try this, but, since the Palmini is High in sodium and the meatball are not lean, I'm confused if the information we are going on is incorrect. Your answer will help determine whether I have other options to work with or not. Appreciate your time in advance….

  5. I love Palmini since you showed me the right way to cook it. I was cooking it wrong. Thank you so much!!! I also just discovered Kojnac noodles to substitute for ramen. I was so excited about that! LOL I don't have to miss noddle dishes anymore as a diabetic!
