    1.) that flip was really nice ngl 😂

    2.) I guess it’s not important to soak chia seeds before adding them to liquid and consuming them if you’re blending them, but i’d still soak them 😂

    and,
    3.) Your apple was stuck which is why it wasn’t blending, you really should’ve cut that up like you said you should 😂

  2. My aunt actually gained weight from eating smoothies and the doctor said it was because when you blend and drink it, you arent digesting it properly. Your saliva mixed with lots of thorough chewing starts the digestion process before it reaches your stomach and the saliva helps your stomach break down the food properly. Thats what the doctor said, and thats my only source so take that with a grain of salt. Chia seeds are great for you though. Just dont eat too many. Awesome video, love the cooking and prepping tutorials. Keep up the great work!

  3. You should really chop up the apple first. Add a banana for sweetness and potassium. Try different smoothies with different fruits for a flavor change. Oranges and carrot juice work well together, throw in the spinach and cucumber, a banana, and some pineapple chunks, tastes great 👍🏼
