I literally saw a steak video 3 hours ago and made a ribeye. Now I am seeing this steak video and i want to make another.. Is it okay to eat steak two times a day?
Thanks for making this a short, people overcomplicate what is essentially one of the easiest things to cook in the kitchen. If you know the thickness of the steak you can use time or feel, if not use a themometer. Nice golden crust btw.
This also works for pork chops. If you don't like rare, continue to cook for 2 minutes each side repeatedly till it reaches the right temperature for your preferred doneness.
Stop using those seed oils man they’re terrible for you. Olive oil, avocado oil coconut oil ONLY. Every other oil is highly inflammatory that’s where the health issues are from. Ingredients people. Read what’s in them
TEMP? Med high heat?
🎉
I dont get these healthy cooking channels that tell you to use seed oils and processed food

Its not cooked. Its just about the Crust for you guys. It can be cooked right thru and still be soft juicy and delicious.
Putting on pepper before searing will burn the pepper and prevent a perfect crust if it's too coarse. Just season your steak as you eat it.
What butter salted or unsalted
I tried this but it became super chewy 😢 What did I do wrong?
Hi mate, you literally look the spitting image of my mate Jack ovens it’s not even funny
Thank you for sharing the steak weight and cooking times! That’s really helpful.
You lost me when you added the toxic seed oils… stick with tallow
U don't use vinegar to clean it??
Looks more like a ribeye than an eye fillet 🤔

Imagine using seed oils on a steak 🤢
Dunno about medium but it’s a fine steak
Omg yum…..thank you Chef Jack
Hi Jack, this looks like a TOP steak how you did this. Have a great weekend mate.
How much butter do you use?
I always smoke my house up when trying to cook steak. Not sure why.
I'll 'Steak' my claim this is a good method for some cuts.
"how to cook it perfectly every time" you're giving the weight of the steak, not the thickness, which could be completely different.
Nice
Mmmmmm
Thank you!
Can’t wait for the full video. Please do a red wine jus!
Exactly how I cooked my rump steak this evening! Feel so proud now
