This is the only recipe that I use to cook pork chop!

Ingredients:
pork chop – 6 pieces
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 3 g (0.11 oz)
oil – 40 ml (1.35 fl oz)
onion – 500 g (17.64 oz)
white wine – 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 3 g (0.11 oz)
pressed cheese – 150 g (5.3 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/40 minutes
