I know cabbage is a good detox😊 anyway if you want to live long that's what they say what you will eat is cabbage and vegetables and water anything else will kill you quickly and faster you want to live long so I don't really do suites like I used to I definitely don't use sugar I use stevia. But I don't want to talk too much but I'm just saying you have to eat a small portion of food because when you overeat your blood pressure rises your sugar rises but people don't know it because they don't feel it because like they said it's a silent killer. So if you eat a small portion three times a day that's the best way to eat food and drink plenty of water no soda pops no sweets no orange juice no sweets at all just vegetables and water and sometimes you can cheat but you can't see the big cheeks you got to cheat a small cheat you're just a little bitty taste of it then go on by your business you better be satisfied with that little bitty piece.
