  2. I just made this and it was very delicious! my first time making any Filipino dish. I might try it with pork next time, but chicken seemed the easier option as a starting point. I'm a new subscriber, hope to diversify my cooking 😊

  3. Not authentic. You are using whole pieces of chicken. Authentic chicken adobo is made from chopped up chicken parts so that you are guaranteed to bite on a bone and have to pull it out of your mouth every single bite. 😂

  4. Love this!
    I always used to make it when I was single because I couldn't afford much else.
    Sometimes I switched it out with pork. For a splurge sometimes with lumpia. 🤤
    So grateful to my sister for teaching me how to make it.
