I've never heard of baking soda in the shrimp, is that to make it not tart? (take out acidity?)
This has become a family favorite! I substitute nettle (you could also use blanched spinach) in place of the fresh parsley. Oh, so good!

Just made this – the flavor is great, but a pound of shrimp is actually too much for 1/2 lb of pasta. I used 12 oz of bucatini and that seemed to make a better dish. A 14 inch pan is definitely an option so the shrimp aren't crowded and you have lots of room to toss the pasta. I'm too clumsy to toss in a 12 inch pan without making a mess outside the pan LOL.

I'm in high school I take care of my two younger sibling's I wanted to try something new with shrimp, since we love shrimp and surprisingly my two younger sibling's ended up wanting more. This recipe is my most favorite one now. Other then that I ended up using cooked shrimp since we didn't had the raw shrimp sadly.( I had to move stuff here and there) but still good. THANK YOUUU😁❤
