My @razorgriddle coming to the rescue once again to get a ripping sear on my pork chops, without setting off the smoke alarms in my house due to lack of rangehood! So, here’s what I made: marinated pork chops, with a burst of sweet porky meatiness accented with lime tang and floral thyme. That is sitting on a burnt butter celeriac puree, with some griddle top crispy potato croquettes! Insanely delicious. ALSO, the recipe for this will be available here:
