Cognac or brandy – 100 ml.

Beef or chicken stock – 200 ml.
Worcestershire sauce – 1 tbsp.
Yellow mustard – 1/2 tbsp.
Salt – 1/3 tsp.
Black pepper – 1/3 tsp.
