  1. Lots of issues here. One, this is a sauté, not a fry.
    Two, how about some garlic in the sauté?
    Three. Vegetable oil for the salad dressing? Why not olive oil? And an acid, too, like vinegar or lemon juice.
    Four, oil in the water for the pasta? NO!
    Nice try, but no cigar.
