Thank you sir because I'm one of those people that doesn't like the taste of Turkey as I grew up Thanksgiving around our house my grandmother always put a Cornish hen in the corner of the pan because I didn't like turkey and it just not occurred to me I could cook a chicken that look like a healthy chicken so I'm assuming it's a hen but thank you for the recipe anyway
