It’s that time of the year when mint shakes arrive at certain restaurants and ice cream shops. If you want a breakfast smoothie version, this is how I mimic the flavor:
– 1/2 cup mint leaves
– 1 banana
– 1 cup frozen spinach
– 1 serving vanilla protein powder (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract if your protein powder is not vanilla-flavored)
– ice cubes
– milk of choice to cover the ingredients in the blender

What milk did you use?
I cultivate kefir, and freeze it into cubes, and my grandson and I use those with frozen fruit and almond milk to make smoothies that taste like milkshakes!😊
That milk was very brown…nut milk?
a good way to keep healthy
Loved it. Had it this morning. I dont use protein powders so I used powdered (made myself) lambs quarters and powder vanilla powder
It was delicious 😋

Hmmmm, may have to try this 🦋
This looks good. My son refuses to eat vegetables except spinach in a smoothie. He loves Shamrock shakes so maybe I'll give this a try and see if he likes it. Thanks for the recipe.

Look yummy! ❣️ But you know, I am French and still love my cappuccino in the morning with a fresh orange juice, granola cereals breakfast and lots of fruits. Croissants are reserved for the weekend. 😊
