Ingredients for one serving:
1 cup / 130g frozen raspberries
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup / 180 ml / 190g high-protein Greek yogurt, the yogurt I use has 13g protein per 100g
1/4 cup / 60 ml milk of choice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
