Thịt ba rọi rim sả ớt – lemongrass chili braied pork. This is so easy to make and it’s so flavorful. You can eat it over rice or noodles. Here’s how to make it :
Ingredients:
– 350g pork belly, cut into small strips
– 1 tsp salt
– 3 garlic cloves
– 1-2 chili (optional)
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 2 tbsp fish sauce
– 2 tsp lime juice
– 2 tbsp water
– 2 tbsp Lemongrass, chopped
– 2 tsp Annato seed oil
– 2 green onion, chopped
Instructions
– in a pestle mortar, mashed garlic, and chili.
– add sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, and water. Mix till sugar dissolved. Set aside.
– hot pan, add pork belly and salt.
– cook pork for 6 mins.
– move pork to a side, add Lemongrass.
– saute for 3 minutes.
– pour sauce over.
– saute for another 3 minutes.
– Drizzle over Annato seed oil.
– Sprinkle over green onion.
– serve over rice
