Ok, so thos video and the recipes were fantastic. However, in my mind, there was a big missed opportunity… dark brown sugar instead of granulated. Those molassesey notes would explode in this drink beside those smokey elements.
OK great but the tequila to triple sec ratio should not be 1:1.

It's so sad to me how much ATK has become just like the Food Network. Celebrity guests, dudebro recipe, and obvious product placement. Chris Kimball may have been hard to work for but at least he kept it real.

Very nice video and these two people clearly get along well. They were pretty funny.The rib-eye recipe is a variation on something you can do with any steak and Jack Daniel's, or a lesser whiskey like Kentucky Deluxe. I can't imagine how it would taste with tequila and I ought to give it a try. But the margarita… oh no. It should be 2 parts tequila to one part each of triple sec and fruit juice. This is way too much triple sec.

it has been tested: searing 1st is the best way to cook steak -maybe ATK will do a video sear vs reverse sear.
