  1. Thank you. That was assuaging. I don't mean to be derogatory, but why so many entities for the same quality content?

Why don't you give us one place to get your worthwhile endeavors?

Sometimes I think you are like Fleetwood Mac circa 1980 something..
squabbling and splitting up a magical team… I lack clarity in your content because over the years it has become like scattered like buck shot. Don't you see the value in creating one brand, we can all navigate to? Love you all, wish you the best… I've just been thinking this for several years now…

  2. I have a quick question, I have looked all threw you videos, and am wondering if you could give me a recommendation on a juicer? There are so many on the market, and so many at different price levels. I tried using my blender, but did not like how it turns out. I want a smooth juice. But have no idea where to start! Please help

  3. Big points for this guys! Thank you. I am using some of your recipes, and some of Julia’s and Jacques, and my mothers, and making things up as I go. Now, how about some exercise routines? Nah! I can do that later. Bring on the comfort food!

  4. I'd love a good tutorial on stepping up my food safety game. I've got time to cook and bake far more than I can eat, and I'd love to share it with my friends and neighbors – but I want to be extra sure my food is as safe or safer than restaurant food. If I were to catch COVID without knowing it, what should I be doing to be sure the food I make is safe to share?

  5. I'm a huge fan of ALL the ATK crew but must say, Elle, you are looking amazing! Thank you for all the knowledge ATK has passed along to all of us out here. Cook on!
Wash up. Step back and stay safe!

  6. Over a decade ago I discovered Cooks Illustrated and it truly changed my life. I learned the science of cooking and today I'm no chef, but I am a very good cook…

    Thanks to you all! 😊👍

    and other YouTubers too…😍😍😍

  7. Thanks… I really like watching and learning. Elle’s baked potatoes were great last week. I can’t remember who did the pan seared pork chops but they rocked too. Anyway, I appreciate the tips. I incorporate techniques in my parents and grandmother’s recipes all the time!

  8. Much love and gratitude to all of the folks at ATK! Thank you so much for the important service you provide as valuable now as ever. Thanks also for making your kids cooking course and website free. I am an elementary teacher and have forwarded the link to my families, who have been very appreciative!

  9. Please post a segment on yeast alternatives and ways to stretch existing supplies. I currently have about 1 tablespoon of yeast in my house with no access to more for the foreseeable future. Can baker's yeast risen dough be used to 'seed' another batch like sourdough?

  10. Have watched & loved your show since the beginning. Thank you for this message of getting through this. I have recently made some Scallion pancakes (following your recipe) to RAVE review! I might even suggest them to the boss at the Chinese restaurant that has laid me off for the moment. Stay strong, I love you all.

  11. Everyone but Bridget Lancaster appears in the post for a special message, due to the Coronavirus pandemic situation. But we say check your local listings for airtimes on America's Test Kitchen, airing Nationally from American Public Television.

  12. Appreciate the message. Hope Bridgette is ok; couldn’t help notice she was not part of this. Probably one of the most personal and relatable video I’ve seen of the many YouTube channels I follow. Thank you.
