Throw the dough into boiling water and the result will surprise you!

Ingredients:
Milk 105ml
White sugar 12g/1tbsp
Active dry yeast 1.5g/½tsp
Olive oil 15ml/1tbsp
All-purpose or bread flour 150g
Salt 1.5g/¼tsp

Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F/205°C

  2. I used to take my leftover bread dough and roll it into balls like that and put it into the deep fryer. Take them out, dip them in icing sugar or spread them with jam or peanut butter. Delicious.

  3. 14 th centuary used in Cracow Poland as part of lent baked with out animal fat , nor milk ( ofcourse no yeast was known) dipping in boil water maked the dough lighter and shiny . Yews used it slighty differnt shape bagel .
