Clams Sukha which is known as tisryache sukhe in our local language is loved by everyone who has tested it. The procedure to prepare clams sukha is so easy that even beginner can cook perfect tasty clams recipe. The ingredients required are also very basic.
When the fresh clams are cooked with sauteed onion & chilies, the nice aroma of it can make anyone hungry. The best part of this recipe is, it can be enjoyed with anything like bread, roti, chapati, rice or even we can enjoy it solo also 🙂
Chalo do try out this instant Clams recipe.
Note:
-Wash the clams 3 or 4 times properly before cooking it.
-Taste best when the recipe is prepared with fresh clams.
– Use a minimal amount of salt, as the Clams itself contains salt.
– Do not make use of water, if you want to prepare Clams Sukha /
Dry.
Ingredients:
3 cups – Fresh Cleaned Clams / Tisre ( appr 2 Paad in Konkani language)
2 tbsp – Cooking Oil
3 – Finely Chopped Onions (medium size)
3 – Green Chillies
1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tsp – Salt
1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
1/4 th bowl – Grated Coconut
5 – Kokam pieces (u can use 1/2 tbsp tamarind juice if kokam not
available)
