  1. This cut has quickly become my favorite to cook at home. I've always loved pork chops because of how easy they are cook and its generally much cheaper than steak especially in recent years. What I do is just season with salt pepper and garlic powder, make cuts in the fat cap then sear the cap for 1 minute then each side for 4 minutes, adding butter and garlic cloves after the flip. Always comes out tender and juicy.

  2. Thank you for this. My bf bought some of these and I've never grilled these…clueless on how to make them hahaha! Helped so much! I'll be grilling them tomorrow. You flipped them every two mins…for a total of how long?? I don't have a thermometer. I've grilled steak…chicken….made ribs…etc etc. But never these so idk how fast they cook.
