Tonkatsu (Japanese Pork Cutlet) 🍖🍚🤓
돈까스

[Recipe]
1. Get some pork loin or tenderloin and poke a bunch of holes in it!
2. Sprinkle salt evenly all over!
3. Crush some garlic!
4. Put the pork, pepper, garlic, and olive oil in a ziplock bag and sous vide it!
[Sous vide: 60°C for 2 hours]
5. Take the pork out and coat it evenly in flour → egg → breadcrumbs!
[I accidentally used dry breadcrumbs, but you need to use wet breadcrumbs if you want that crispy Japanese-style tonkatsu like at a restaurant!]
6. Heat oil in a fryer and fry it at 180°C for 2 minutes!
7. Plate it with rice and your favorite sauce, then dig in and enjoy!

1. 돼지 등심이나 안심을 준비해서 구멍을 송송송 내줍니다!
2. 소금을 골고루 뿌려줍니다!
3. 마늘을 으깨줍니다!
4. 지퍼백에 돼지고기, 후추, 마늘, 올리브유를 넣고 수비드해줍니다!
[수비드 60도/ 2시간]
5. 돼지고기만 빼내어 밀가루 → 계란 → 튀김가루 순으로 골고루 코팅해줍니다!
[저는 실수로 건식빵가루를 썼지만 습식빵가루를 사용해야 일식집에서 먹는 돈까스처럼 맛난 돈까스를 만들어 드실 수 있습니다!]
6. 튀김기에 식용유를 넣고 180도에서 2분 튀겨줍니다!
7. 밥과 완성된 돈까스를 준비해주고 기호에 맞는 소스를 준비해 맛나게 먹어줍니다!
