I use keto bread crumbs for moisture in meatloaf !
When Neisha was talking tacos, she said you can use folios. Anyone know what those are?
Sloppy joe on a chaffle sounds good
Ground beef is my go to so more ways to cook it is good.
Pork panko and bacon. Yes! Ps Toto is adorable, 😊
Do you cook with Rao’s on carnivore? Didn’t think we can eat tomato or sauce. ????
Lose the tomato sauces in chili, etc if using for keto or carnivore. Totally causes inflammation!!!
For people in the UK, Hunter and Gather has keto friendly condiments, organ supplements, MCT oils, electrolytes…. Great company!
Amazing dishes. Thank you.
Ground beef saved my life , 😂
I don’t see the link to the recipes?
Knock off big mac sauce is mayo, squirt mustard, drop or two ketchup, sweet pickle relish and a few drops of whestershire and drop of soy sauce. Delicious!!!
I have made your meatloaf twice and I will never make meatloaf any other way! We love it!
I found a way to use my vita mix (that I used to make a toxic spinach and almond milk smoothie) I turn pork rinds in to pork panko and make meatloaf! Thanks for the recipe!
I wish I could eat nightshades. Miss them so much. Your recipes sound delicious.
🤤😃🤤
glad to see you back
Big Mac special sauce: mayo and yellow mustard (2:1) and a splash of dill pickle juice. Voila! You can add some sugar-free ketchup, but I stay away from tomatoes, and it still tastes close enough to Big Mac sauce for me!
This sounds delicious I am drooling thank you for the alternate ways of using ground beef big fan of you and Dr ken Bery
Irish pork rinds for my tacos
Your husband knowledge has been helpful to me. I am pre-diabetic and have cut out carbs totally but when I found out I could get some recipes that might be good I decided to check out your videos too.
You have such a handsome husband
This video has helped our budget a lot! We didn't even think of just getting a ton of ground beef, cooking it all up, and then seasoning it how we wanted whenever we wanted to eat it. It also helped with making it easier. I have fibromyalgia and type 2 diabetes (among a whole list of other illnesses) and sometimes the energy to cook is just not there. I can just grab a bowl of the cooked ground beef, add whatever, and eat it. Thank you!!!
Thank you 🎉 just starting out here and still researching , this will be incredibly helpful for my next four weeks. Thank you thank you
Thanks for these recipes! Keto newbie here. Tried beef liverwust and absolutely hated it! Great idea go hide it in ground beef but how much liver do i put in?
Absolutely love hamburger….👍
Do you have you top bread recommendations. I knew there were advertised substitutes but to be honest didn’t know there were any they were truly Keto friendly in the long run. Bread in olive oil dipping sauce was the one thing I missed.
thank you
I love this because I am on my final week with the Carnivore Diet and I have run out of ideas….meanwhile I am a cooking content creator…lol
I’m a couple weeks back to ketovore and need to keep it budget friendly. Thanks so much for these ground beef ideas!
Neisha, I love you! ❤❤❤
I’m gonna get you a microphone so I can hear you better 😊
Cannot get carnivore chips in Japan…true sadness! Any way to get them in Japan?
What, if any, veggies do you include in your meals? You mentioned some like tomatoes, onions, avocados and herbs. Are there veggies you avoid, ie. carrots, celery or lettuces-and why or why not? Thanks for helping me to learn.

What brand of hotdogs do you use?
