I’m so glad I found this channel. I wasn’t much of a cook before but since trying some of Natasha’s recipes I’m like “How the heck did I make that???” All of her recipes have always been on point. My wife and kids love them too and my wife especially appreciates my newfound love of cooking 😂.
Whenever I am planning to make lasagna, I make sure to start the day before I want to eat it and NEVER BOIL THE NOODLES! I always, always use uncooked noodles. Letting it set overnight helps to moisten the noodles and takes some of the excess wetness out of the dish. Try it!
