Iโm so glad I found this channel. I wasnโt much of a cook before but since trying some of Natashaโs recipes Iโm like โHow the heck did I make that???โ All of her recipes have always been on point. My wife and kids love them too and my wife especially appreciates my newfound love of cooking ๐.
Whenever I am planning to make lasagna, I make sure to start the day before I want to eat it and NEVER BOIL THE NOODLES! I always, always use uncooked noodles. Letting it set overnight helps to moisten the noodles and takes some of the excess wetness out of the dish. Try it!
