Prawn fry

Pour 4 to 6 spoons of oil

Add 3 big sized onion paste

Take 3 green chillies and add a pinch of turmeric

Add few curry leaves
Saute well till we get golden colour

Now add 2 spoons of red chilli powder

Add 2 spoons of garam masala powder

Add 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste

Add salt as required
Fry for 5 min

Now add marinated and boiled prawns

For marinating add a pinch of turmeric, 1 spoon of red chilli powder,
1 spoon of ginger garlic paste and little salt

Put it on stove and boil it until prawns become dry as shown

This is not mandatory but if we do like this prawns can be used for a week

Fry for 15 min in simmer till the prawn is cooked completely
