  1. I finally seen for the first time shiitake mushrooms that were fresh in my market and they were double the price but only half the amount of portables but I bought them and tried them in a over ease egg dish with onions and garlic and man what a difference, I could actually taste the mushrooms instead of just the texture I really liked them but for $6 for what I’m guessing was maybe 2 oz of mushrooms was pretty steep, I’ve tried the dried ones before but not even close to the same taste or texture
