Chef John, I enjoy the professionalism and dedication you apply to your cooking, and I wish I could cook like you. I recently subscribed to your "Get Chef John's Recipes: @t" segment but each time I tried to down load it; I could not read the recipes which were all fuzzy. It is a technique that a writer applies to their work when they don't want others to see the text. After several attempts to read the text of the recipes which continued to be obscured, I had to "UNSUBSCRIBE" from your channel as there was no point in watching your show and not being able to read your recipes. I was upset to have to do so. Sorry.
