10. Annatto is LOADED with good vitamin E (tocotrienols and not harmful tocopherols). Eat a lot of Annatto.

11. The Tamales at 27:00 look great. I prefer them to have a thin layer of masa and more filling. Often tamales in the US are mostly masa. I didn't see him whip the lard though. He must pre-whip it because the finished product was clearly done right.
