Annatto is LOADED with good vitamin E (tocotrienols and not harmful tocopherols). Eat a lot of Annatto.
The Tamales at 27:00 look great. I prefer them to have a thin layer of masa and more filling. Often tamales in the US are mostly masa. I didn't see him whip the lard though. He must pre-whip it because the finished product was clearly done right.
The oriental chief is on point I have to say with his beard he should be shaving that down or wearing a beard net! I'd hate to eat his awesome food and find hair in it that would truely suck just saying 😊
