Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour 2 Cup
Milk powder 1 & ½ tbsp
Cheeni (sugar) 1 tsp
Namak (salt) ½ tsp
Baking Powder ½ tsp
Oil 1& ½ tbsp
Milk powder 1 tbsp.
Pani (Water) lukewarm ¾ Cup or as required
Dough Preparation:
Take a large bowl, add Plain Flour, Milk powder, sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, oil and mix it well and Gradually add lukewarm water and knead (approx. 5-10 minutes) until dough is formed, cover and let it rest for 20 minutes. After that add oil, cover it and rest it for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Tortilla bread Preparation:
Now open the dough and makes equal size balls for making bread and then sprinkle dry flour on the kitchen slab and then press it and roll the dough with a rolling pin.
And then put on preheated tawa/pan and then cook it from both sides (Medium to low flame).
Follow this method for all bread.
