Traditional Tooloo Beef Recipe / Salted Beef Recipe / Ndudu by Fafa
Salted Beef also known as Tolo Beef is used in flavouring most dishes in Ghana. The original recipe is elusive and difficult to come by, however I have nailed it to perfection with this Tooloo Beef recipe.
This Tooloo Beef recipe has been trialled and tested multiple times, till I got the perfect taste. Enjoy another ‘Ndudu’ twisted dish😘

Love love your channel and the amazing cuisine ! ❤❤❤ I love making this salted beef. Can I use the pink curing salts which is used for other cuts of meat like salami ? Thanks so much .

You can soak the meat in a strong brine solution for about 30 hours and it'll be perfect. You don't really need the one month duration
You can add water and just do it for about 3 days
You are amazing.
I wonder if you don’t have to cook the meat first in water ?i think it’s gonna be real salty without cooking first .
This my first time here but I have been inspired
