Real hops has so many more memories than just taste. Lining up with everybody waiting for them to come out the oven, dthe site and sound of them being thrown in the huge wooden boxes, the hi speed serving as they pick up the bread with an ice pik and throw them in a paper bag or shop paper and as a child, wishing i could get the huge size bread think it was 75c vs the reg size from Tocopeak

Yes! I was shocked when I learned that hops bread is now like dinner rolls. The original way – crispy and flakey crust with soft interior. Great with butter alone! Cheese and pepper is an added bonus!
