Traeger Super Smoke, Does It Really Work? – Smokin’ Joe’s Pit BBQ
Traeger has a Super Smoke setting on some of their smokers so I decided to put it to the test. Does super smoker really work? I Was really impressed with the amount of smoke and the flavor of the pork shoulder I smoked was absolutely delicious. My final conclusion is if it’s done correctly, super smoke definitely works.

Hey Joe, if you haven’t ever tried it, get a bottle of the Weak Knees gochujang sriracha. It’s got some Deep flavor. The closest I can describe it is a good cigar, or maybe even chewing tobacco. But without the bad, ugh, bits.

Joe, I'm pretty sure that's what our LSG pellet smokers do…….the algorithm varies the pellet delivery to offer more smoke all the time.

Joe Great video! Ur recipes always make my mouth water! Maybe you do a Pellet smoker giveaway since you have some many now! 😅 I need to upgrade mine.
I have the Timberline XL and I will agree super smoke works. But you have to add 2-3 hours to the cook time because the temp swings are pretty wild.
Another great video Joe. Just as good as the brisket one. Been going back-and-forth on what type of pellet grill to get now you have me looking at Traeger wife’s away for the weekend so me and the son are gonna definitely be making this recipe.
