In this video I show catching some wild pigs and then cooked three hind leg roast from the young wild pigs. I covered setting the trap , catching the pigs, how I seasoned and prepared to cook and how I slow cooked on the BBQ pit. It was probably one the best BBQ pulled pork sandwich I have ever had.
