Recipe:

1. In a pan, add 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp maida/all purpose flour. Mix and let it cook for a minute only or till light golden.

2. Now add 3/4 cup of milk and keep stirring. There should be no lumps. Once the milk comes to a boil, add salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, your favourite veggies and loads of cheese. Mix well.

3. Now add the boiled pasta, toss it in the sauce and it’s ready!
