Here is the detailed recipe of crispy samosa roll
*RECIPE*
1. Make a soft dough using maida,salt,2 tbsp refined oil and water.
2. For potato filling: take 2 boiled potatoes,1 chopped onion, and chopped green chilli, half tbsp salt,half tbsp turmeric powder and half tbsp garam masala.
3. Make a small roti of the dough and and make a cut as shown.
4. Add the small portion of potato stuffing.
5. Roll it and seal by applying water.
6. Deep fry in low to medium flame.
7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
8. Your delicious and crispy samosa roll is ready.
