Here is the detailed recipe of crispy special samosa
*RECIPE*
1. Make a soft dough using maida,oil,salt and ajwain.
2. Take 2 to 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and add 1/2 tbsp of jeera, 1 chopped chilli, a chopped onion, and saute it,now add 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder, turmeric, table salt, and coriander powder, 1/2 to 1 tbsp each, mix all the ingredients well.
3. Now add 2 boiled potatoes in it.
2. Take little portion of the dough and make a roti out of it.
3. Then give cuts on the roti as shown, put potato stuffing and fold it in the same form as displayed.
4. deep fry in medium flame untill it becomes golden brown
5. Your crispy special samosa is ready, enjoy.
