👉 First, boil pasta with a little salt and keep aside.
👉 In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil, add chopped tomatoes, 5-6 garlic cloves, , ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder, little water, and sauté. Blend into a smooth puree.
👉 Now, heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan, add ½ cup chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chili flakes, and sauté.
👉 Add the tomato puree, mix well, then add 1 tbsp ketchup, salt, 2 tbsp fresh cream, and the boiled pasta with a little pasta water.
👉 Mix, then finish with cheese 🧀 and fresh coriander leaves 🌿
