-2 and 1/2Tbsp salt
-ground black pepper
-4Tbsp soy sauce
-4Tbsp light brown sugar

This looks good! My gf's mom and sister burns everything from fried chicken, pork chops and milk fish. Im not over exaggerating when I say they're hard as a rock and dry as fuk after they finish burning the meat. I hope chef ramsay never sees their cooking 😆
