Looking for some more fiber into your diet? Try out this everyday morning smoothie! It will help out wonders if needed and is a tasty way to get that extra fiber and body nourishment in the mornings! This recipe also includes Matcha powder as well as Collagen peptide powder.
Triple berry fiber smoothie for personal smoothie cup blender
Ingredients-
Night before dry ingredients smoothie prep
– Personal smoothie blender + 18-24oz cup
– 3Tbs Hemp hearts
– 2-3Tbs Chia seeds
– 2 Tbs Flax seed meal “ground up flax seeds”
– 1Tsp matcha powder
– 2 Tbs collagen peptides powder
Morning of smoothie ingredients
-1 fresh or frozen banana
– Triple berry mix, Frozen or Fresh – blueberry, raspberry, blackberries,” amount depends on how much room is left in cup”
-water or some kind of liquid, “amount depends on how much room is in cup”
Directions-
-First prep your dry ingredients the night before in your blender cup for more time saved in morning. In morning or when ready to make smoothie, add just enough water “or other liquid” to be able to mix and stir your dry ingredients “with a spoon or chopstick”. Once mixed add your banana and mash it in the cup. Now you are ready to add your triple berry mix, as much as you can fit in your cup or just as you like. Next add water or other liquid of your choice to your cups max fill line. If you are new to smoothie making, liquid will make all the difference in the texture of your smoothie as well as blending capabilities. I find that adding liquid to the max fill line will ensure a winning blend. Now everything is together go ahead and put your blending lid on and blend away! Blend on recommended settings to your blenders manufacturer recommendations for smoothie blending. You can always experiment With different ingredients and blending techniques until you find just the right smoothie for you! Have fun and enjoy!
