This makes 2 servings:
1 cup frozen strawberries* (2,5 dl / 170g)
1/2 cup frozen raspberries (1,2 dl / 70g)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (1,2 dl / 85g)
1 cup ice cubes (2,5 dl)
1 cup cold water (2,5 dl)
juice of 1/2 lemon
optional: 1-2 teaspoons liquid sweetener

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth


*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use 65g of strawberries per serving and add frozen pineapple💛
