Smoothies are a quick and easy way to eat a lot of healthy foods, without a lot of hassle and taste if need be. The tropical breakfast smoothies I whipped up this morning contains 1 mango, 1 banana, 2 apples, and 1/2 cup almond milk. All you have to do is put the meat of each fruit into the blender with the almond milk and press blend. So easy.

I love this recipe it is awesome
It gets stuck like that because its too thick (too much solids). Adding water or more of a liquid helps and makes it more of a drink than of a mushy texture.
I wanna try this, i might throw in some oranges and greens though. Thanks for recipe!
just became vegan i LOVE this recipe! Thank You Sooo much
This looks yummy!!!
I have a similar recipe, just with the addition of coconut milk and some lime juice, and optional some vanilla (extract or scraped bean) to taste. It comes out like a holiday cocktail!
I actually love you! You seem like the nicest person 🙂
good point about letting your eyes eat also! thanx 🙂 great looking smoothie!!!
It's not the cheap blender's fault that the fruits didn't want to blend smoothly 😉
It's just that you put too much in there at the same time (the blender was full and for the things to blend well there shouldn't be more than half of the blender full at once) – it would be much easier if you blended the mango with almond milk first, then add apples and then bananas 😉
Love this recipe and love your channel! <3
I just love this gal's energy and she always brings the A game to her videos. I will say that I don't use my tamper much for my Vita mixer and it's not needed most of the time. A cheap blender does not do the job when it comes to fast. I love ice too and frozen fruits. It's easier to blend in a high speed blender. I have the same cups but in clear green. I like them too. Thanks miss SV I love you. You R always are welcome on my fb page mavericktravelexperience. I share you with my customers.
got the mango, got the banana, keep almond milk, and i have cheap Walmart blender. I will do this today.
me too but I had to adapt to my moody blender 😀
I make smoothies everyday for my husband and I. We usually go to trader joes and buy frozen fruit once a week for it though,. and a lb of baby spinach! I did buy a vitamix after the frustration of a cheap blender. I really think you deserve a vitamix with how creative you are!
I think you didn't use enough liquid, that's why to fruit got stuck on the sides.
I sure will!
your hair is coming along well.
You can always freeze ripe fruit and use it for smoothies later
I have a couple of glasses like yours.!,,
yummy smoothie girl 🙂 I use a cheap blender, too – I just can't justify $400 for something that I can do pretty well for $20…
I just made them and it turn out really good!!!
My only problem with buying cheap blenders is that they tend to break down and not last long. Good show. Reminds me of what I do with most of the fruits I have.
Hi Sweetest Vegan, I also have the same issue of buying fruit and forgetting about it, so i have a suggestion for you as it is coming up to summer in your part of the world, place your banana's in the freezer over night then the next day take them out and blend them up with anything you like to go with banana's and you have perfect vegan soft serve ice cream!
I will have to forgo the mango, but I am going to try this with pineapple instead. It looks delicious and I love smoothies. Thanks!
daily grace read your email wooohoo lol
