TRUFFLE PASTA with CHICKEN and MUSHROOM | How to cook Easy TRUFFLE PASTA | Pinoy Simple Cooking

Sharing another way to cook TRUFFLE PASTA with Chicken and Mushroom. This dish is one of the simple but fancy pasta dish that is so easy and simple to make you will be done in no time.

Here is how to cook TRUFFLE PASTA with CHICKEN and MUSHROOM :
TRUFFLE PASTA with CHICKEN and MUSHROOM RECIPE :
Ingredients:
For pasta:
1 lb pasta
8 cups water
2 tsp salt

For sauce:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lbs chicken breast, cut into strips
1 cup mushrooms
1 large onion chopped
1 head garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese (and more when serving)
4 tbsp truffle oil (and more when serving)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp parsley, chopped

Directions:
For pasta:
1. In a large pot, heat water over medium heat. Add salt and bring to boil.
2. Add pasta, cook for 10 mins or according to package instructions.
3. Once cooked, drain then set aside.

For the Sauce:
1. On the same pot, add olive oil. Heat over medium high heat.
2. Sear chicken until lightly browned.
3. Once chicken is cooked, move it to the side of the pan. Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
4. Stir together with chicken. Add salt and pepper. Move to the side of the pan.
5. Add mushroom, cook until tender.
6. Stir mushroom and chicken together.
7. Add heavy cream. Stir until well combined.
8. Let it simmer for 20 mins or until sauce is reduced.
9. Add half cup of parmesan cheese and truffle oil. Stir until well combined.
10. Add chopped parsley.
11. Let it simmer for 2 mins.
12. Stir in pasta. Stir until pasta is coated with sauce.
13. Add a teaspoon or more truffle oil. Stir until well combined
14. Add parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
15. Add salt and pepper to taste.
16. Serve with parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
17. Enjoy!
