2:02 H-E-B tomato sauce is "not a really, really good sauce." In fact, it is a cheap supermarket sauce. That is fine, but it also contains sugar, so the fact that you are adding extra sugar "to balance out the acidity" shows that you don't know a whole lot about Italian cooking.
