Try this Antioxidant Rich Berry Smoothie for improved health



Antioxidant Rich Berry Smoothie
✨Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries – I usually use at least 3 berries. I always use blueberries because they are the king of antioxidants. I then alternate between strawberries, raspberries and blackberries depending on what I find at the store.
✨Unsweetened greek yoghurt
✨Amla powder
✨Fenugreek powder
✨Ground almonds
✨Sunflower seeds
✨Chia seeds
✨Water (I usually use ice cubes. Especially when my fruits are fresh and not frozen. I used water because my fruits were frozen and the weather is cold. I didn’t want to drink something too cold.

Few things to note
🔅The smoothie does not taste ‘sweet’ because of the addition of alma and fenugreek powder. You can add honey if you want it to be sweet.
🔅If you use blackberries, you would have some seeds in your smoothie which can be somewhat annoying.
🔅The smoothie consistency would start to thicken because of the chia seeds. If you want a smoothie and not a pudding, I recommend you make the smoothie closer to when you want to drink it. This is not one to make the night before to take to work the next day. Make it in the morning before work.
