A comforting tomato based spaghetti meal you will love! A similar to Pasta Amatriciana but using pancetta and Parmesan instead. This recipe uses pancetta and its fat to create this delicious flavour base. There’s also the addition of garlic, shallot, chili and a touch of oregano herb. The parsley finishes it giving it its freshness. A very simple dish to make in minutes with fantastic results. Another simple Italian style dish which demonstrates you don’t need lots of time and ingredients for a fantastic meal.
