“My favourite (recently) green smoothie! I can’t be bothered to buy a juicer so I just make green smoothies instead. For this one I used:

• one cup spinach (gifted oddbox – JAY for 50% off first box)
• 1/2 orange 🍊(vit c + iron helps absorb), I used half because my daughter ate the other half…
• half cup water, half cup plant milk 🥛
• @proteinworld vanilla vegan protein powder (gifted PWJAY for 30% off)
• 1 cup green grapes 🍇
• 1 green apple 🍏
