  2. Hey Brad, I don’t see where you got that food mill/ricer but it looks like it’s a gravity/plunger style instead of a crank?! If that’s the case, where the fuck do I get one? I have to rice hundreds of pounds of potatoes a week. I’d love to cut down labor with a different tool, if I can.

  4. I made the corn pudding and it is fantastic. The fact you can do it all in a blender in like 2 minutes is a game changer. The herb clarified butter takes it up a notch. I put some chopped Hatch green chiles on top of mine. Goodness it was delicious.

  5. Hey Bradley, I have to know, what are you using for your heat source when you put that cast iron looking little thing on top of your cutting board? Do you heat that up crazy hot first or something, I'm confused. Lol
