3 kilograms of cow fat
salt can be 10 grams for 1 kilogram of meat, 100 grams for 10 kilograms, and 300 grams for 30 kilograms of meat
If you don’t use soy sauce, you can use 15 grams for 1 kilogram of salt.
4 kilos of semolina
5 kg of animal fat
2 liters of soy sauce
12 mineral water
2 kg of onions
